Referrals are accepted from all healthcare professionals and via self-referral. To refer a patient, please use one of the following methods:
A standardised referral letter template is available to download below. Please include relevant clinical history, current medications, and reason for referral. Attach any relevant documentation such as assessment reports or test results.

For urgent cases, please call or WhatsApp directly on +962 79 109 0996. Urgent referrals are seen as a priority. For psychiatric emergencies requiring inpatient care, please refer directly to the nearest emergency department.
A clinical summary letter will be sent to the referring clinician following the initial assessment, with the patient's consent. Ongoing communication is welcomed and encouraged.
